Welcome to GourmetNomNom. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gourmetnomnom.com and the features, content, forms, rankings, reviews, maps, recommendations, and other services made available through the site.

By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About GourmetNomNom

GourmetNomNom is a food-discovery and editorial brand focused on hidden gems, road trips, local businesses, reviews, rankings, and destinations worth the drive.

The site provides editorial content and information intended to help visitors discover restaurants, food businesses, and related destinations.

2. Reviews, Ratings and Editorial Content

GourmetNomNom reviews, scores, rankings, commentary, recommendations, and other editorial content reflect GourmetNomNom's assessment of the experience at the time of the visit or review.

Experiences can change. Restaurants may change ownership, staff, recipes, prices, menus, hours, ingredients, policies, or operating conditions after a GourmetNomNom visit.

A score, ranking, review, map listing, feature, or other reference does not guarantee that another visitor will have the same experience.

GourmetNomNom maintains editorial control over its reviews, rankings, scores, corrections, and published content.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but restaurant details, pricing, hours, availability, addresses, menus, links, and other third-party information may change without notice.

Visitors should verify time-sensitive information directly with the business before making a special trip.

4. Put a Stop on the Radar

Visitors may recommend restaurants or destinations through the Put a Stop on the Radar feature.

Submitting a recommendation does not guarantee that GourmetNomNom will:

• visit the establishment;
• contact the establishment or submitter;
• review or rate the establishment;
• publish the recommendation;
• feature the establishment; or
• place the establishment on the Flavor Atlas.

Multiple recommendations for the same establishment may be retained and considered as audience-interest information.

Contact information supplied with a recommendation is used for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Providing an email address with a recommendation does not automatically enroll the submitter in The Food Crew.

5. Submitted Information

When you voluntarily submit information through GourmetNomNom, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

You retain ownership of original content you submit.

You grant GourmetNomNom a non-exclusive right to use submitted factual information and recommendation content as reasonably necessary to evaluate recommendations, conduct research, administer the site, plan future visits, and operate GourmetNomNom.

We will not publicly publish a submitter's private email address or other private contact information as part of a recommendation.

6. The Food Crew

Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to The Food Crew to receive GourmetNomNom news, new stops, updates, announcements, and related email communications.

Subscribers may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism included in applicable emails.

The Food Crew is not employment, membership in a legal organization, or an entitlement to products, services, discounts, access, or benefits unless specifically stated.

7. Business and Partnership Inquiries

Businesses, restaurant owners, media organizations, potential partners, sponsors, and others may contact GourmetNomNom through the appropriate business-inquiry pathway.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, sponsorship, agency relationship, endorsement, contract, or obligation.

Editorial reviews and ratings remain separate from business relationships.

8. Fuel the Journey

GourmetNomNom may provide visitors with voluntary opportunities to support the project through Fuel the Journey or other support methods.

Financial support is voluntary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, support provided through Fuel the Journey is not a purchase of goods or services and should not be treated as a charitable or tax-deductible contribution.

Third-party payment or support platforms may apply their own terms and privacy policies to transactions processed through their services.

Financial support does not influence GourmetNomNom ratings, reviews, rankings, or editorial conclusions.

9. More Ways to Help

GourmetNomNom may provide additional voluntary ways to support or participate through its More Ways to Help page.

These opportunities may change over time.

Sending GourmetNomNom products, samples, invitations, meals, correspondence, or other items does not guarantee coverage, review, publication, endorsement, or a positive rating.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, GourmetNomNom's original site content—including text, reviews, rankings, graphics, branding, logos, written material, database presentation, and original media—is owned by or licensed to GourmetNomNom and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share links to public GourmetNomNom content for ordinary personal and noncommercial purposes.

You may not, without authorization:

• reproduce substantial portions of the site;
• scrape or systematically extract GourmetNomNom data;
• republish GourmetNomNom reviews or rankings as your own;
• sell or commercially redistribute GourmetNomNom content or data;
• remove copyright, credit, or attribution information; or
• use GourmetNomNom branding in a manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

• interfere with site security or operation;

We may modify, suspend, correct, update, or discontinue portions of the site when necessary.
